Our Sweet Randi left us at the beginning of October.  I've tried various times to write this post & couldn't.  But today is her birthday and I know she would want all of you to know where to send her birthday wishes to.  Look to the sky & wish on a star tonight.  She is up there - running and playing at Rainbow Bridge with her brother Dublin, Wally, Mango and so many other wonderful friends she met through this blog.   

 Randi was our heart & soul.  She was the best little girl you could ever hope for.  She was clever, intelligent, sensitive and patient.  She was an old soul and you could see in her eyes the depth of her understanding.  We are grateful that we were blessed with her presence in our lives for almost 13 years.  We will miss her forever. 

Happy Birthday Baby Girl.  Our hearts ache from your absence.  We will love you forever.

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVERYBODY! & You know what I'm thankful for? I'm thankful that my secretary is finally posting after a half year vacation!

I'm also thankful that I'm even cuter now than I was over 6 months ago!

I'm also thankful that my little brother Quincy's big fat head can hold up such a gargantuan headdress, cuz that means that I don't have to wear it!

I'm pretty sure he's just staring at the wall - not much up in that big empty noggin of his anyway... I'm gonna get a head start on the turkey & fixings...Let Quincy keep staring at the wall while I get a head start on the Thanksgiving nomables!

Happy Valentine's Day Everybody! Here I am - as gorgeous as can be...Why am I only getting to blog on major holidays now? This is madness!
Here is my little brother Quincy - as you can tell, he's not so little anymore...I have added the name of BIG OAF to his list of call names... My mom/secretary has been calling him Mr. Handsome lately... He's still the Monkey Stick/Big Oaf to me.

ITS AN ABSOLUTE TRAGEDY...

& just when everyone has come out & said WHAT? A NEWFOUNDLAND? The most gentle creature out there? Well, thank goodness Murphy the Newfoundland in Roseville, MN just said - "ENOUGH TALK - I'LL PROVE IT!" So yesterday he goes & saves his 95 year old neighbor who had fallen and there was no one there to help her.

There is a huge lesson to be learned from all this - Police teams need to be trained on how to read dog behavior. Just as Murphy saved the life of his neighbor yesterday, Rosie can continue to save the lives of other dogs if we use her memory to demand change in the way police departments handle loose animal situations.

HAPPY BURPDAY QUINCY! My Little Monkey Stick Brother is one year old today...
But as you can tell, he's none the wiser...Cuz I'm actually wearing the bigger of the two hats...He couldn't even balance the extra large one on his extra large noggin'! He's wearing the tiny baby one... - Clearly, he's got a lot to learn...

ITS RANDAY!

HAPPY RANDAY EVERY PUP! Its been furever since my mom/secretary helped me blog...I used to have multiple posts weekly - then it went down to once a week Randay - & then I thought it just might be major holidays...& now MONTHS have gone by. BOOOO! Oh - for all of you who wanna know - I've realized my Monkey Stick Brother Quincy is good for at least one thing - a chin rest... still trying to figure out what else...I'll let YOU know when I know...
& speaking of the Monkey Stick - here he is...He's 11 months & 3 weeks... & still a BIG BABY.
I've been doing lots of stuff - but mostly missing all my blogging pals...Oh..& sleeping...
Here is the Monkey Stick when I told him to go out after a rain shower to find a pot of gold...er, I mean, cheese (more valuable to him than gold). He was waiting like a little leprechaun. He sat there forever...& never found the cheese! Bwhahaha! He's so gullible.
& here I am...As awesome as can be. I can still drool so much better than the Monkey Stick. Oh - & since my last post was from July 4th - Here is a list of national days I really wanted to post about, but couldn't...I think they are pretty self-explainatory as to why they would be really important to inform you all about...
