My Cousin Winnie

Remember when I told you about Win-com-poop (aka my cousin Winston) going all postal at the vet when they tried to cut his nails? Well, the vet suggested that he be tranqualized if he were to have them cut again, cuz they couldn't even finish one paw last time...
So, my mom/secretary/drug dealer went back to the vet & got a bottle of downers for Winston...he took two this afternoon (vets orders to see how he'd react) & now he is as laid back as an irish wolfie! Tranqualizers are great! I suggest them for anyone who has a pesky dog/cat/bird/squirrel or human in their life...
Here is a pic showing how freaking crazy Winnie is...See how strung out he is? That's just his normal M.O. He has an appointment tomorrow morning to get his nails cut...Hopefully he won't spray his anal juices all over the vet techs again...maybe he'll be so relaxed that he'll just pee...that will smell better...

ITS RANDAY!

Happy Randay Everybody! Its another Rainy Rainy Randay here in Southern California...I had to search all over my dog house to find a little patch of warmth to sun my belly in...& this was all I could find....& then my mom/secretary left me ON RANDAY only to go & see this....
NEWFIES! The Silver Bay Kennel Dog Show was being held here in San Deigo...so she was unfaithful to me on my very own Randay...but she did get to meet lots of cool pups...

This big guy reminds me of Mango...or a cousin of Mango...he was a little camera shy...
I'm not sure who this reminds me of...maybe a cousin of someone over at the 4B's... But this poodle had more Aussie Hairspray in its hair than most 80's heavy metal bands!
This beautiful girl was at the Newfie "Meet the Breed" booth...My mom/secretary forgot to write down her name...whatever it is, it means "Love" in some odd language....she was too busy getting Newfed with slobber to remember to take good reporter notes...GEEZ! Must remember to dock her pay for today...
BULLY STICKS! The Bully Stick vendor was there too! Oh...what a wonderful sight!
Did I get a bully stick? NO! I know! The horror! But I was presented with this yummy cheese & meat filled bone that I've been making a mess of all afternoon...

On this Randay, I'm thankful for all the puppies that slobbered/drooled on/sat on & pushed over my mom/secretary this afternoon...they make me look like a very well behaved girl...

ITS RANDAY!

Happy Randay Everybody! I've had a great Randay so far....sleeping in, cuddling with my mom, breakfast, walkie, lunch, walkie, about 4 naps & the bestest doggie treats ever were hand fed to me...I'm in a trance...see pic above...when this stuff...see pic below is smelled by my super sniffer...
FREEZE DRIED LIVER!!!!!! OH. MY. DOG....
I have to do a series of silly tricks...here I am doing a high five...or four...
mmmmm...oh...sooo...goood!!!!
I'm so well trained that even my mom/secretary can put the whole container in front of me & I don't go crazy...Its all a scam...cuz this is my trickery look...it gives my mom the confidence that I won't eat it...If you biggie the pic, you can see I'm really giving the impression that I'm wondering about something totally different than the treats below...like tennis balls, or the upcoming election, or even why stuffie insides taste so good...I'm trying to throw her off & I'm hoping she'll trust me & leave me in the room all alone with the container...cuz I'd INHALE IT ALL!~

On this Randay, I'm thankful for liver treats, great DWB friends & naps....

Human Error

This is me...looking sad & defeated...as you know, I went to the vet yesterday I thought I had gained back a pound...even though I'm eating more, which was the docs orders...then my mom/secretary/food cop said I'd have to eat less...something smelled very fishy, so I decided to investigate...
If you look back on my bloggy from January 14 - its says I weighed 87.5 pounds at the vet...HUMAN ERROR! Yesterday I was 87.3 pounds! I didn't gain a pound! I LOST .2 POUNDS! Of course the scale was jumping back & forth a bit to 88 pounds...but that's my story & I'm sticking to it...My mom/secretary thought I weighed 86 pounds at the last weigh-in...YOU ARE SO WRONG! The conspiracy has been thwarded... My profile shot proves that I'm as skinny as ever.... So all I have to say (in a Homer Simpson voice) is...
"FOOD GOES IN HERE!"
