Me & My Shadow...

Good grief! What does a pretty doggie have to do around here to get her mom/secretary to do her job? I wonder if any other pups have had similiar human slack-off experiences lately...my mom keeps apologizes....something about holiday chaos...but whatever...excuses! Oh, by the way...here I am with my shadow above! Luckily, my shadow seems to have lost weight as well!
Guess what? I've lost another 5 pounds! Now I'm 90 pounds! A skinny, sassy little thing, mind you! I don't think this camera angle is most flattering, but I do like the flowers...its christmas-time in San Diego, so there are still flowers around...
Here I look quite happy...and I am...I have a lot of things to be happy for...& closing my eyes just in time for the camera click is one of them. But underneath, I am sad....as most of you probably know, our dear Thrawn of the Brat Pack went to the Bridge yesterday. He was a beautiful boy who will be very missed by Maryann, Tucker, Dot-Spot, Samantha & Bear. They lost their dear Dakota just one week before I lost my brother Dublin at the end of March 2007. So this will be a very sad season for them. Please go over there & give them your love. Run free Thrawn & give my brother a big hug & kiss from his little sister!

Love & Licks,
Randi

Hi Randi! My name is Tiger Lily and I am a kitty with 2 kitty sisters (Jemima and Ruckus) and 1 woofie brother (Zeke) and 1 woofie sister (Sushi). Our woofies are very nice and we like them a lot.

Mom was especially happy to find your blog today. She and my Daddy had a Black Lab named Holly Berry who left them right around this time 13 years ago. Holly was a great woofie and Mom and my Daddy still miss her very much.

I wish we had known Holly. Maybe we can learn more about her by learning about you! Mom said to tell you that Holly never lost any of her extra weight but she was a happy and contented and very healthy woofie for almost 14 years.

Hi, Randi
Its me again!
Ask your mom to measure the base of your neck, your chest (right behind your front legs) and your body, from neck to the base of your tail and send them to me by email, ok?

YOu and your shadow are very svelt & chic. Don't go blowing away!

We're sad here about Thrawn too. Can't believe it. Hopefully he's running like the wind with Dublin, Dakota, my Rosie & Bert, and all the others we know there!

Hi Randi! I'm really sad about Thrawn, too. I'm glad you're finding reasons to smile. If your peoples are like mine they're probably bummed and need us to lift their spirits, too.

wally.

ps. You are totally svelte and sassy!

Randi, you are looking very slender!

I hope you are not sad if some cats are a little bit nervous of you. Before I met any dogs, I was very scairt, too. But then I learned that doggies are nice! And I am not scairt any more.

I am sorry to learn the sad news about your friend Thrawn.

Randi, you are looking just splendid! Only 90 pounds? Good job losing that weight. Our humans give us that same excuse about the holidays,so not much time for play or walks. Humans are stupid. We are also very sad about the news that Thrawn had crossed the Bridge. He was one wonderful pup. Belly Rubs,Tasha & Eva

Randi! You are looking so good. You're going to be stealing all the boys from me. Guess what's happening her for Randay? A great, big, giant snow storm. You'd love it. Mom says you can come visit any time you want to roll in the snow with me.

First Mom wants me to tell you thank you very much for thinking of Thrawn. We miss him bunches.

Second I probably need some weight loss advice from you. I'm almost being starved but I'm still, uh, pudgy.
