ITS RANDAY! (about time!)

Happy Randay Everybody! Remember me? The beautiful LabraNewfie that has been COMPLETELY neglected in the blogging dept. by my mom/secretary...? Well, I know this Randay is also Mother's Day...but I don't wanna give my mom any airtime, since its been WAY TOO LONG since you all have seen me...So its RANDI-TIME ALL-THE-TIME! I'm gonna tell you about my modus operandi for getting a new stuffie toy...First, I hang out & WHINE by my daddy's office closet door...
I whine & whine & then whine some more until the great door is opened...there are fabulous treasures inside!
Oh! Lookie here! Its a UNICORN! I always wanted a unicorn
Here's where it gets a bit tricky...I don't like the paper bag that the unicornie is in..it crinkles & makes noise...so I whine & bark & tell my mom/personal assistant to fetch it for me...
I'm concentrating REAL HARD & licking my lips to figure out how to get the unicorn to come to me...
Whoops...its fallen & can't get up...I'll help you little unicorn! Where are your magical powers, anway?
Lay still, I almost have you...
I got you!
I'm outta here!
Two minutes later, this is what my mom/secretary found...The unicorn told me if I close my eyes, no one would be able to see...Ok...that didn't work...so I thought I'd perform an emergency uni-lobotomy & spinal tap...
OH NO! UNI-V-TACH! CLEAR!
Time for triage...I'm not very nimble with my pretty white paw paws, so I leave the work to my in-house nurse...
Geez, she is SLOW....
I'm W*A*I*T*I*N*G!
My mom/nurse does a good job...hardly a scar...but unfortunately, the unicorn lost both ears in my botched operation...
The spinal tap didn't go as planned either...so this might take a while...
A few more stitches & the unicorn will be good as new!
Yeah, right...new for about 4 more minutes!
On this Randay, I'd like to wish a HAPPY DOG-MOTHERS DAY & HUMAN-PUP MOTHERS DAY to all those moms out there...but NOT my mom...she's in the doghouse...
Love & Licks,
Randi

I hate the idea that you actually have to cry to gain access to your stuffie. My poor Randi!

You appear to be curious about the inner workings of stuffies. That is a good thing, right?

Kisses,
Dexter

I wasn't aware that closing your eyes doesn't work. I guess that explains how I get caught all the time.

Happy Mother's Day to your mom.

hi Randi, that was a fun adventure for your unicorn. what a great repair person your mom is. they just don't make unicorns like they used to anymore.

happy mothers day to you and your mom. don't be too hard on her, cuz she's your stuffy repair person.

It is my FAVORITE DAY! RANDAY! I like my ma ape just fine (at least when she is feeding me) but Randay is my favorite! I liked meeting your unicorn and it is nice that you have a doctor on call for these sorts of things.

It took more time to you to get that toy than the time you took to destuffy it!
Good job!

We so admire your ability to do surgery. How sad that you are not allowed to do it more often.

Randi! Your momma got to meet a full sized doggie! It is just as well she didn't do too much smoochie because sometimes us big guys can be very shy.

I will wait for your email.

Why were you at the specialist? I didn't tell Pee-Wee lest he worry about you too much.

Randi - Happy Belated Mummy's Day! That is so nice that your mum got you a unicorn on her holiday.
Hope you are very well.
Many kisses from Chumbawumba & the gang!

Whining works - the two-leggers can't take it and give us whatever we want. But we never get unicorns!

Hey Randi, I knew you were a world class surgeon. And who says that was a botched spinal tap. It looked pretty good to me. My mom doesn't get it though. She keeps saying Spinal Tap? And then talks about some movie she showed her class last week. People are so weird.
