HAPPY RANDAY EVERYBODY! Its HOT HOT HOT here is So.Cal & I'm trying to keep myself chilled...but laying in front of a fan was my 2nd choice for today's activities...
Here is what my 1st choice would have been! Competing in Purina's Jumpy Doggie in the Big Pool Contest! This pupper went 30 feet to chase a high flying Floaty Wubba!
Wow...that must be exhausting...I better lay down...(with the remote handy & a pillow under my head...)
Here I'm cooling off my backside...
Shhhh! I'm SLEEPING! My mom/secretary didn't even steal the tv turner away from me here cuz she was afraid I'd wake up...I spent the whole day panting...so it was very important that I was finally napping & not huffin' & puffin'...On this Randay, I'm thankful for the 3 fans that kept me cool all day today...

Those diving doggies are INSANE! I always use the stairs into the cement pond even if I have to run all the way to the end to get to them.
Right in front of the fan is the best. Perhaps your mom could provide a cooling mist as well next time.

we lay in front of the fans too - they are so great
that puppy has alot of bounce - we can jump but no hwere near that far.

I think you have the right idea!! Sleeping is my favourite activity too, especially when it's hot! :-)
Sorry I have not been visiting for ages! My human has been really busy and tired in the evenings and wants a break from the computer - so it's a bit hard trying to get round to visit my friends by myself!
Those Purina dogs look amazing - I'm afraid to even wade into the water too quickly, never mind jump in! But I guess there's a first time for everything - like last week, I went to my first Agility class and I never thought I'd do that - ever! :-)

Every Randay is super hot! But the good kind, not the bad kind that makes you lie down in front of the fan. I am sure watching the diving dogs helped, though. Did you assign them scores for their jumps? I always go for style points.

Randi, YOu know that you and I would totally clean up in that Jumpy Dog Comp, but then no other dogs would even try. That's why we stay home, I guess. To give other beasties a chance.
