Hi Everybody...Thanks for all your 'well wishes' & pawsitive vibes - they are definately helping! Here I am above when my mom/secretary explained to me I needed to go under the laughing gas & get some unwanted cysts removed...not a happy Randi-camper at all!
Here is one of the nasty cysts on my right elbow that decided to explode over the weekend...stupid cyst...
Pre-op preparations...another stupid bath...cuz I can't have another bath till my stitches come out...at least that's a good thing...
More pre-op preperations...A BURGER! One good thing about surgery, your peoples lavish you with love, tummy rubs & burger king!
Nom...nom...nom....yummy....
On the way to the vet yesterday morning...I'm trying real hard to be brave...
& since I was going under the funny laughing gas, my peoples decided it would be nice to get my teethies cleaned & whitened too...here they are before...not bad at all..some of the best teethies of any 7 1/2 year old gal they've seen at the vet!
Oh...all of you who don't know what they lube is for...here is clue...
Back at home...drugged up...& my eyes rolled back into my head...not pretty...
Here I am recovering in the sunny backyard...I was very wobbly when I tried to walk through the house...my mom kept calling me a big drunkard...
Another reason to just say no to drugs! (are you listening Amy Winehouse??? - my mom says I resemble her in this pic)
Finally able to stand....but not for long...
Closeups of my ouchies...I have another behind my right ear...This morning my mom/secretary discovered I managed to scratch out one of my stitches on my head...Its ok now, scabbed & healing...but it was itchy! What was I supposed to do...? The vet said no walkies for 3-4 days & absolutely no rough-housing with Win-com-poop for at least 2 weeks! YEAH!!!!

***Randi's mom/secretary here...the vet said Randi was a perfect little angel yesterday & the surgery went well...the cysts/growths were not deep & they were removed fairly easy...we are waiting to hear back on the biospy results...but the vet thinks they are all benign... - Thanks again for all your good thoughts...we really appreciate it...***

You are such a very brave girlfriend and I am so sorry you had to have drugs and nasty surgery. I can imagine you were a perfect angel too.

Grammie says you are a good looking drunk and she has seen her fair share.
Foley had a cyst removed once and had to go back in and have extra surgery because he kept opening the incision. He had to wear a helmet and t-shirt. At least you don't look dorky like he did.
Getting a hamburger is almost worth that lube.
You were a very brave girl. I always get scared at the vet.
