There is nothing like a good nap in the morning, afternoon, or evening...or a combination of all three, preferably uninterrupted. Most mornings I'm up by 5:45am & out the door for my 45 minute walk...or should I say, 45 minute neck pull. I used to be quite the eager walker. But now I prefer to nap (in the order above).
My mom actually drove me to the vet today to see how much weight I have lost. I've been on a new diet of Royal Canin Calorie Control (wet & dry) with 10 baby carrots diced & mixed it. This new menu is served to me three times a day. I like the crunch & the orange color of the carrots is quite pretty against the brown/tan mush of the other food. You have to do all you can to make your food appealing.
I now weigh 106! Down five pounds in a month and a half...you do the math. Slow & steady... that's what my vet says. Ok...back to my nap.
