Can You Do This?

Here is a little known fact about me - I'm pigeon-toed! Yep! My front legs turn inward a bit & I walk with quite a wiggle. It doesn't slow me down much - I can still get to where I need to go with little trouble....we live in a hilly area, so sometimes going down hill can cause a bit of strain on my very cute legs. I'm not sure if this "special" quality of mine make it easier for me to magically turn my paws outward when I lay down. My mom & dad & everyone at my vet's office thinks this is pretty funny. I've been called everything from a baby seal, a beached whale & a wiggle walrus.

I'm hoping with my recent & continued weight loss that I might lose the beached whale label...so time will tell. My mom keeps telling me that when I get down to my ideal weight that she's going to make me an itsy bitsy teeny weeny yellow polka-dot bikini. Maybe I can model it for you all at our local dog beach. I'll be a pin-up girl! Then no one will mistake me for a boy anymore! (No worries to those who have..I get it all the time!) WOOF!

Love & Licks,

Randi

Hi Randi! Wow, you've become really pupular really quickly! Hope your new fame doesn't make you drive while drunk or anything! :)

Sorry that first comment got cut off. It mentioned DWB, which you've already become a celebrity at, and also newf net, where you'd also be welcome.

Ouch! That looks painful. I can spawl my back legs out like that (Mom calls it Frog Dog) but you are super talented to do it with your front legs!!

Holy moly we have never seen another dog do that. It must not bother you to lay like that though.

Hi, Randi.
How you can do that?? I hope it doesn't hurt you!
The second picture, yes, you look like twins.
Have a nice day

Hi Randi! I saw you over at Nanook & Pook's place! You are VERY flexible! You look just like my pal Frodo who moved to Canada and I miss him. His owners think he's a lab/chow but I think he's a lab/newf like you!

Randi,
You do kinda funny in that picture.

My feet are normal but Eva is a little splay foot. (Don't mention it to her 'cuz she's a little sensitive about it. The whole European princess "not breed standard" thing)

Hi Randi,
Welcome to the wonderful world of dog blogging and DWB. Thanks for dropping by our blog. We popped over to check you out and found that you have just recently joined so we could go right back to your first post and read all about you. Sorry about your brother you must miss him a lot. You will make many new friends here and hopefully we can all cheer up up. That is one cool pose you have going there! Both of us can do that but only with our back legs.

Hi Randi! I put you on my blogroll cuz you're a cool chick. I just read about your brother Dublin. So sorry to hear about him. I hope we can help you feel a little less lonely. Were you guys rescues?

Anyway--my ma ape LOVES seals, sea lions, and walruses. I need to learn to sit like that cuz I look like a walrus!

Randi -

We love, love , love your blog - and what a cutie you are!

We see lots of seals in the fall when we go out on the boat with our humans and you have the "seal sit" down!!

Mom says it looks painful to lay down like that!

Can we add you to our reading list on our blog??

Have a happy day -

Wow, that's pretty cool. I fold mine up and under but I can't do that. You should go hang with the seals on the beach and see what they say, BOL!
