Our 2 legged human folk can make a big fuss over abolutely nothing. Get this, today my mom makes a big stinking deal about going outside & picking off all the bright red balls that are on these green vines things. She's singing songs to me about how beautiful these things are & how we can make super yummy stuff in the kitchen. Being the kind, patient pooch that I am, I sat through half an hour of her incessant jibber-jabber & her asking me if this one was a good one or if we should chuck that one due to some holes made my insects or the claw marks from the fuzzy little squirrel that thinks my back yard is a farmers market and he has yet to pay for anything..he asks that I just put it on his running tab...I think he's homeless, so I'm not really going to make him pay...I do my fair share of charity, you know!
Anyway, I'm trying to figure out if these red ball things (that have a somewhat weird, but sweet, scent) are anything like my yellow bouncy balls in the house...and I'm thinking if my mom has been holding out on me this ENTIRE TIME, that yellow bouncy balls grow on green vines..well, there will be hell to pay!
Turns out, after a very thorough sniffer investigation, these things are not like my yellow bouncy balls...they bleed! So much for toys that grow on trees. So to my dear ole mom, THANKS FOR NOTHING!

How come you let a squirrel venture into your yard? We want our dad to get a plant that grows cuzes! Do you have a cuz or a whirlwheel? They're the best toys, although Isaac only likes stuffies...
